PlatinumGames NEO-CLASSIC ARCADE series brings the excitement and fun of traditional gaming, but with the latest technology. The initial project will be Sol Cresta. Sol Cresta uses the same methods of formation and docking as Terra Cresta's legendary shooting game Moon Cresta. It also includes the brand new "free-form docking method". Based upon the arrangement of three vessels, the main ship Yamato (Amaterasu as well as Tsukuyomi) is able to use a variety of attack strategies. One of the key factors to defeating Mandler's armies of invading troops is to dock the ships, separating them and reforming them.
